As the founder of Rhythm Health Osteopathic Clinic, Tegan’s vision was to create a welcoming space where patients feel they can turn for support through all stages of life. Driven by her passion for comprehensive care, she opened Rhythm to provide a calm, compassionate environment that reflects her commitment to patient wellbeing.
Tegan’s fortuitous journey with osteopathy began as a teenager when she fell in love with the proactive, hands-on approach and the focus on treating the whole person. Inspired by the incredible knowledge and care of the osteopaths she observed then, she set her sights on becoming an osteo herself and has never looked back.
As a registered osteopath with qualifications from RMIT University in Melbourne, Tegan has gained extensive experience since graduating in 2009, treating patients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of conditions.
Tegan is passionate about developing a personalised treatment approach for each person and finds great fulfillment in helping manage pain, prevent injury to help people live healthier, easier, more active lives. With this strong patient centered approach, Tegan often collaborates with other health professionals to ensure her patients receive the best support and care.
Her special interest lies in treating women of all ages and addressing the whole body and has dedicated much of her practice to women’s health, completing further training in support during pregnancy, pain science, and osteopathic techniques for pelvic pain including endometriosis, and menstrual pain.
