Dr. Sylvie Repellin

Sylvie is a passionate Osteopath who loves helping people move freely, feel strong, and develop a better understanding of their bodies. Having experienced injuries herself in high-level football, touch rugby, and netball, she understands firsthand how important it is to nurture the body's healing, and rebuild optimal function. These experiences inspire her to focus her practice on supporting one's recovery, building resilience, and promoting long-term wellbeing. 

Throughout her experience in both studies and practice of osteopathy, Sylvie has developed particular interests in women’s health, spinal conditions including back and neck pain, sporting injuries, and chronic pain presentations. She adopts a holistic, person-centred approach to care, integrating education, hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, movement rehabilitation, and lifestyle guidance to create tailored treatment and management plans aligned with each patient’s goals.

Sylvie is known for her personable and attentive approach, taking the time to understand one’s presenting pain and lifestyle factors, to ensure individualized care. She is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.

Outside of the clinic, Sylvie maintains a balanced and active lifestyle. She enjoys running, strength-based Pilates and yoga, spending time in nature, and exploring her passion for cooking and nutrition. Her personal commitment to health and wellness further enriches her clinical practice, allowing her to relate to and support her patients with both professional expertise and lived experience.
